Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

  • Bloom Yoga Puerto Vallarta offers private yoga class for individuals and groups in the Puerto Vallarta area. We can meet you at your accommodation or on the beach for a yoga class tailored to your needs.

Rooted in curiosity, Bloom Yoga Puerto Vallarta holds space for people to explore their connection to their mind, body, and the natural world around them through the practice of yoga.

  • Just yourself, some water, and anything that supports your practice. We provide yoga mats for all of our private classes. We also provide blocks & blankets when needed. You are always welcome to bring your own mat/props.

  • We typically offer outdoor yoga classes, so please check the weather in Puerto Vallarta and dress according to your personal needs & comfort.

We suggest you wear simple, breathable clothing that does not limit your range of motion. An outfit that you would wear on a jog on a warm day will work well for most of our active classes, while it may be nice to have some layers for Restorative Yoga classes where there is no vigorous movement.

  • Please arrive roughly 10 minutes early. This will allow enough time for you to make your way down to the beach and get comfortable.

  • Bloom Yoga accepts payment in US dollars, Mexican Pesos, via Zelle, and via transferencias through Mexican bank accounts.

  • You can book a class by contacting Bloom Yoga via email (bloomyogapvr@gmail.com), a phone call (+52-322-349-2927), through text/WhatsApp, or through Bloom’s social media accounts.

  • There is a class for everyone at Bloom Yoga! Please take a look at our class style descriptions to see our current offerings. If you are new to yoga asana, we recommend starting with our Gentle Hatha or Mellow Flow classes.

  • That depends. What did your doctor/physical therapist/provider say? Many students find yoga to be a helpful resource when working through an injury but it depends on the specifics and severity. Please consult with your doctor/physical therapist and let your teacher know what is going on so that we can work through any necessary modifications for class.

We are here to help, but we are not qualified to diagnose any injuries or illness.
