Gentle Hatha is relaxed practice that incorporates slow & deliberate transitions with foundational physical postures & breathing techniques. With a focus on easeful effort, this class is great for students who wish to move at a slower pace while building strength, flexibility, & balance.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga encourages deep relaxation through a series of passive poses that incorporate props to support the body. By remaining in supported poses for an extended period of time, Restorative Yoga allows for deep opening in a soft way.

This is a deeply nourishing practice that can counteract the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic effects of chronic stress. It is particularly beneficial in times of challenge or change, but anyone looking to support their nervous system can benefit from this practice.

Mellow Flow classes incorporate slower, simpler flows designed to open your body & release tension. This class incorporates breath-work, focus, & flexibility to create a sense of calm in the mind and a sense of balance in the body.
