Vinyasa Flow classes combine moving flows with powerful postures to cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and strength. Each movement is linked to the breath to encourage mindfulness & presence throughout the asana practice.

Mellow Flow classes incorporate slower, simpler flows designed to open your body & release tension. This class incorporates breath-work, focus, & flexibility to create a sense of calm in the mind and a sense of balance in the body.

Bloom Yoga’s Power Yoga classes weave together traditional standing postures & functional movement through a heat-building flow sequence. These classes are fast-paced and energizing.

Restorative Yoga encourages deep relaxation through a series of passive poses that incorporate props to support the body. By remaining in supported poses for an extended period of time, Restorative Yoga allows for deep opening in a soft way.
